Mobile offices most commonly fall into two categories, the construction trailer and the designer series office trailer. The construction site offices are meant to be more utilitarian, typically they have wood paneling interiors, commercial floor tile and possibly some built in furniture.

The designer series office trailers are more lavish and typically are used for sales and additional upscale office space, typically they have designer seriesn vinyl wall covering, carpeted floors and no built in furniture. Both types come with electric heat and air-conditioning, lights and outlets. Both Construction and Designer Series trailers come in many standard sizes and layouts. Some more common models are shown.
