American Portable Buildings Corporation is a Colorado family owned business serving the Colorado and Rocky Mountain Region since 1977. The founder "Ron Morse" relocated to the Denver area From Elkhart Indiana. At that time Elkhart was the modular building and recreational vehicle manufacturing capitol of the world. After having been in the industry for a number of years Ron Morse had a vision, to start a prefabricated building manufacturing and leasing company to serve the Rocky Mountain Region in much the same way it was developed in the Midwest. American Portable Buildings Corp. has grown and expanded its services to meet the ever changing demands of the industry. In 2002 the company was acquired by Ron's son, Brian Morse. Brian has been with the  company since 1984 and while working he earning his degree in 1985 from The University of Colorado, Environmental Design School majoring in Architecture. American Portable Buildings Corp. has been fortunate to experienced healthy growth which has allowed it to offer a well maintained modern and diverse lease fleet. Although APB Corp. has been manufacturing since 1977 the state of Colorado did not institute a manufacturing program until much later. The manufacturing facility became a Colorado State Certified Manufacture in 1993 and has been manufacturing state certified building since. All buildings are built to the international Buildings Codes , inspected and Colorado state certified.
