Mobile offices are most commonly used for additional office space and on construction projects for sales or contractor trailers, also known as job site trailers. Construction trailers come in many standard styles, sizes and layouts. Some common types of construction trailers are as follows:
  • Combination office/storage trailers
  • Construction office trailers
  • Sales office trailers
  • DOT field offices and lab trailers

Some of the more common floor plans are shown here, but there are many other sizes, floor plans and styles not shown. It is best to consult with one of our representatives to determine the best fit for your specific needs. Department of Transportation or (DOT) trailers are also availabl, specifically designed and built to meet state road and bridge specifications.


Mobile office and sales office trailers come in an assortment of sizes, styles and layouts. Mobile office trailers tend to be more lavish than job site trailers.


Office trailers are available with or without restroom facilities, coffee bars or carpeting.


Heating and air conditioning are usually electric but some gas furnaces are available.
